Reasons to apply for a position with Clinical Edge

  • Our standard is highly practical, clinically reasoned, evidence-based education, so you’ve got to be willing to challenge yourself consistently to raise the bar - for yourself and our team.

  • You love personal development, and helping others achieve their potential clinically. You understand that great presentations combine visually appealing elements with practical application that can be used immediately, and include case studies demonstrating clinical reasoning and how to apply newly developed skills with patients.

  • You thrive when working clinically as a Physiotherapist/Physical therapist, accurately assessing, diagnosing, clinically reasoning and developing individual rehab programs to help patients return to work, sports and activities they love. You want to share your experience to help other therapists improve their results.

  • As part of our small but mighty team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate, grow and shape our company, and the Physiotherapy/Physical therapy profession globally - the only limit is your drive, commitment and imagination.

  • Together with fellow therapists, you’ll create world-class educational experiences that inspire therapists to provide meaningful treatment that changes lives.

This describes you to a T:

  • You’re an effective, clear communicator
  • You’re practically always on time (or early) and strive to deliver ahead of deadlines
  • You’re able to juggle multiple projects and communicate honestly about your timelines, challenges and questions
  • You have solid communication, clinical reasoning, assessment & treatment skills
  • You love to include specific education, strength & conditioning and manual therapy in your treatment
  • You take care of your team, constantly working to make sure people have what they need before they have to ask
  • You’re obsessive about being the best at what you do
  • You’re hyper-focused on getting the details right - you don’t do sloppy work, or let little things slip through the cracks
  • You go above and beyond regularly — not for credit, but because that’s how you roll
  • You want to keep learning and growing!
  • You love personal development and are always on the lookout for ways to become your best
  • You care deeply about your work and the wellbeing of the company
  • When a crazy-big project happens, you work till the job gets done
  • You do whatever it takes. The phrase “That’s not my job” is not a part of your vocabulary
  • You’re pumped to make presentations that are stunning, simple and effective for the viewer — from short presentations to comprehensive training programs
  • No job is too little or too daunting, you’re in for it all
  • You’re not thin-skinned or (overly) attached to your ego — you’re focused on finding, developing and executing on the best ideas to get the best results
  • You’re 10,000% comfortable working in a virtual environment
  • You do great work autonomously and as part of a highly collaborative team (you’ll need to do both here!)
  • You’re a born GO GETTER — always looking for ways to add value, do better work, improve efficiencies, build others up and make the world a better place

  • You don’t really commit wholeheartedly to anything
  • You don’t like presenting, or being the best
