Sherlock is on the hunt again, this time tracking down the cause of shoulder pain in two separate and seemingly unrelated patients. Shoulder pain can come in many guises, and often is simply labelled "Rotator cuff related shoulder pain" or "Rotator cuff tendinopathy" or other similar labels, however there are a few other diagnoses that respond to very different treatment methods.
